Data controller
Upmoneyday is operated by Homfha Co., Ltd. (บริษัท โฮมฟ้า มีเดีย จำกัด), Huai Khwang, Bangkok, Thailand ("Upmoneyday", "we", "us"), as the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Personal data we collect
We collect only the information you provide when completing the Contact form, the Business Health Check assessment, or Live Training registration: full name, email address, phone number, LINE ID, company or organisation, job title, website or business page, enquiry category, message or consultation details, assessment answers, and training-registration information.
We do not collect payment-card information or payment evidence, because this website has no payment system.
We do not directly collect technical data such as IP address or device/browser information through our own systems. Third-party providers (such as Google) may collect this under their own policies, not directly by Upmoneyday.
Source of personal data
All data is received directly from you, through a form you complete yourself or an email you send to us directly. We do not purchase or receive personal data from any other third party.
Purposes and lawful basis for processing
To contact you back and answer your enquiry — basis: necessary to take steps at your request, before or during contact.
To provide the requested service, deliver Business Health Check results, or manage Live Training registration — basis: necessary for the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract at your request.
To send news, articles, or course information — basis: your consent only, and only where you separately opt in on the relevant form.
The lawful bases stated above are a preliminary assessment and require confirmation by a qualified Thai PDPA legal advisor before being relied upon.
Mandatory vs. optional data
Fields marked with * on a form are required for us to act on your request. Other fields are optional.
If required data is not provided, we may be unable to respond to or process your request.
Recipients and service providers
Information submitted through forms on this website is sent to Google Forms and recorded in Google Sheets, services provided by Google LLC and subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Information you send by email is stored in the email system Upmoneyday uses.
This website is hosted by Upmoneyday's chosen hosting provider, which may process basic technical data about site visits.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Overseas data processing
Because Google Forms, Google Sheets, and the email service used may process or store data on servers located outside Thailand, your data may be transferred for processing overseas, subject to that provider's own data-protection safeguards.
Data retention (draft for review)
The table below is a preliminary proposal only, not yet in force — it requires confirmation from the business owner and/or legal counsel before being formally adopted.
General enquiries with no further engagement: proposed 12 months from last contact — owner/legal review required before final approval.
Customers or learners with an ongoing relationship: proposed duration of the relationship plus 5 years for accounting/tax purposes — owner/legal review required before final approval.
Data where marketing consent is withdrawn: proposed immediate deletion or cessation of use upon notice — owner/legal review required before final approval.
Security measures
We restrict access to the Google Sheets and email inbox that store contact data to authorised individuals, and recommend two-factor authentication (2FA) on any Google account involved in storing this data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, request restriction, object to processing, request data portability where applicable, withdraw consent, and be informed about how your data is processed.
To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw marketing consent, contact upmoneyday@gmail.com. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
Complaints
If you believe our processing of your data does not comply with the law, you have the right to complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC).
